Eligibility and Enrollment:

1.1 The Gold VIP Program (the "Program") is open to all individuals who are at least 19 years of age.

1.2 To enroll in the Program, guests must complete the registration process through our website and only one membership per individual is allowed.

Membership Benefits:

2.1 By enrolling in the Program, members will be entitled to exclusive benefits and privileges, including but not limited to:

a) 10% off food & beverage for you and three guests. Alcohol and gratuity are not included.

b) One complimentary bottle of sparkling wine when you celebrate your birthday or anniversary with us. Each member receives one bottle per year.

c) One night stay at Hotel Grand Pacific per year with a discount of 50% off the Rate of the Day. Advanced reservations are required. Subject to availability. Not transferable. Based on single or double occupancy.

d) Upon sign-up, receive a complimentary appetizer for the table. Selection can be made from appetizers on the current Fathom dinner menu with a value of up to $25.

e) Early notification of Fathom events and the opportunity to obtain tickets prior to the general public.

f) One complimentary appetizer from the current Fathom dinner menu with a value of up to $25 after purchasing 10 regularly priced cocktails (happy hour cocktails not included). Digital cocktail stamps must be recorded at the time of purchase.

Program Communications:

3.1 By enrolling in the Program, members agree to receive communications related to the Program, including promotional emails, and updates on exclusive offers.

3.2 Members may opt-out of receiving promotional communications at any time, but they will continue to receive essential service-related messages.

Program Changes and Termination:

4.1 FATHOM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. Such changes may include, but are not limited to, adjustments to benefits, and membership eligibility.

4.2 In the event of Program termination, members will be notified in a timely manner.

4.3 FATHOM may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate a member's participation in the Program if there is any misuse or violation of these terms and conditions, or regarding misconduct on the member’s part.

Privacy and Data Protection:

5.1 FATHOM will collect and process personal information from members in accordance with its privacy policy. The restaurant will use this information solely for the purpose of administering the Program and communicating with members about Program-related matters.

General Terms:

6.1 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the member and FATHOM concerning the Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.

6.2 These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia without regard to its conflicts of laws principles, and any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of British Columbia.

6.3 FATHOM reserves the right to interpret and apply these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
